How do I make a reservation?

How should I plan my pickup for domestic and international departures?
For International departures from Bahrain International Airport or King Fahd International Airport (Dammam Airport ) you have to be at the airport 2.5-3 hours prior to the departure time. So you would arrange the pickup for travel time + 2.5-3 hours time.
For Domestic departures from King Fahd International Airport ( Dammam Airport) you have to be at the airport 2-2..5 hours prior to the departure time. So you would arrange the pickup for travel time + 2-2.5 hours time
What Airports do you service?
We service airports including Bahrain International Airport , King Fahd International Airport (Dammam Airport ) . Aramco Airport (Dammam ), Ras Tanura Airport – Saudi Aramco and on instances we offer chauffeured services at King Khalid International Airport (Riyadh Airport).
What are your Airport waiting times?
For International Arrivals we wait for 1 hour after the flight lands. Any time over the 1 hour window will be charged as per the hourly rate of the selected vehicle. If you don’t make a contact with us in this 1 hour regarding any potential delays the driver will leave and the service is fully chargeable.
Where will I find my driver for International Arrivals?
Once the guests have cleared customs and immigration and have collected their baggage they should proceed outside the arrivals hall to meet the driver. You will find your driver waiting with your name sign. If you can’t find your driver just wait by any cafe at the arrivals and call our office at +973 17178783 (24/7 line ), and they will be able to assist you.
Are the prices listed on your website guaranteed prices for the service?

Can I drink alcohol in your limos?
No we don’t allow consumption of alcohol in any of our limousines, regardless of age.
Can we make a reservation last minute for limousine service in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia?
- At Bahrain Limousine do honour last minute bookings based on availability so there is nothing wrong in checking. So if you forgot to book a limo always give us a call and if we are available we will definitely reserve it for you.

How long does it take from Bahrain to khobar?

No once you fill out the reservation form vs using a quick quote form, we still provide the pricing and let you know about availability. Booking any form doesn’t guarantee the spot being booked.

What is the difference between point to point transfer and hourly trips?
- A point to point transfer is a straight transfer from point A to B. If you add a stop it will cost extra. If you book an hourly trip then you get the limo for the full amount of time. You can make multiple stops on the way, but for hourly transfers, minimum booking hours is 3 hours (subject to availability at the time of the booking ). Bookings for Khobar and Dammam minimum hourly services is for 6 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Airport Transfers – Subject to full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- General Reservations – Subject to full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- Corporate Group Reservations – Subject to full charge if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the pickup time(cancellation policy might differ as per the group size, vehicle arrangements and other requirements so kindly confirm the policy before reservation).
- Special Events Reservations- kindly check with our team before any confirmation of your booking during peak events.
*Cancellations in Emergency Situations are handled on case to case basis and a proof of incident is required in some situations.
